Terms of Use
Last updated: May 12, 2026
These terms cover your use of level.new/ and every game hosted on it. Please read them before creating an account or publishing a game.
1. Acceptance
By using level.new you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
2. Your account
You're responsible for everything done with your account, including the games you create and the credentials you use to sign in. Keep your credentials private. Tell us promptly if you suspect your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use level.new to ship illegal content, harass people, or abuse our compute. Don't attempt to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the platform itself. We may suspend or remove anything that crosses those lines.
4. Your content
You own the games you create. By publishing one, you grant us the license we need to host it, serve it at level.new/<slug>, and show it in places like the library and search results. You can unpublish a game at any time.
5. Our service
We're actively building this platform, so features may change, appear, or go away. We may pause access for maintenance, remove content that violates these terms, or close accounts that abuse the service. We'll try to give reasonable notice when we can.
6. Your coding agent & costs
level.new is free. We don't sell credits or subscriptions. You build games with your own coding agent (such as Claude or Codex) under your own account with that provider, and that provider's terms and usage limits apply to that work. You're responsible for the code and assets you publish.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except those that can't be disclaimed under applicable law. We're not liable for losses arising from your use of the service beyond what the law requires.
